The Zimbabwe Economic Policy Analysis and Research Institute (ZEPARI) invites interested suppliers and contractors to participate in a vetting and selection process for our approved supplier list for the 2026–2027 period.  

Categories Open for Application:  

  • General Supplies:Office stationery & supplies  
  • IT & Computers: Sales, hardware, software, networking, equipment repairs & maintenance  
  • Insurance: Broking & insurance services  
  • Property Maintenance: Cleaning, sanitary, carpentry, painting, pest control, plumbing, electricals, car ports  
  • Design & Media: Document printing, videography/photography, branding, media & publishing  
  • Motor Vehicles: Servicing & towing  
  • Security: Security guards, access control, CCTV, alarms, vehicle tracking, locksmith services  
  • Building Services: Maintenance, brickwork, plastering, painting  
  • Events & Hospitality: Conferences, accommodation, outside catering, decor, consulting services  
  • Borehole Services: Installation & maintenance  
  • Solar Services: System installation & servicing  

Required Documents:

  • Company Profile (with full contact details & physical address)  
  • Certificate of Incorporation & CR14  
  • VAT Registration & Valid Tax Clearance Certificate  
  • Clearly defined payment terms  
  • Minimum of 3 trade references  

Submission Details:
Submit your application in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "Registration of Suppliers and Contractors 2026-2027" along with your relevant category number.
